I took my Tribeca in to Heuberger because I had a nail in my tire just prior to leaving for a road trip with my childrenThe nail was located about 3-inches from the tread edgeThey said that they could not repair the tire because the nail was too close to the tread edge and said that I would need new tires, $1000-$depending on the tires I choseThey also gave me a quote for $to repair a small oil leak even though I was in three weeks prior for an oil change and auto check and they did not mention it I declined the services and they said that they understood if I could not "afford it." I took the tire to another auto shop and they plugged the tire for me, inflated all of my tires to the proper pressure, and rotated them I was very disappointed at being mistreated as a customer and I was pretty sure that they were doing it because I am female and perhaps think I don't know anything about cars Thank you for documenting my complaint

During October I placed an order for a Outback and stated that I would be paying by check, when the car arrives for delivery and no financing requiredTo place the order I had to give them a credit card for $to be applied to the purchase The car arrived for delivery the week of January 12, At this time they informed me that, even though I was not financing the purchase, they needed my social security number before closing the deal In view of the recent data hacks into companies like Walmart and Home Depot, I resisted giving the number to make the purchase They would not sell the car to me without the number I was forced to cancel the order and request the return of my $deposit They said that I could not get my deposit returned until the car is sold to another buyer I was able to find another dealer in Denver, who gave me the same price on the car order, but with no requirement for a deposit or need for a social security number on delivery The downside is, I have to wait another months for the car to be delivered, in addition to waiting for my deposit refund If I had known about the s.snumber requirement from Heuberger Motors at the time of the order, I would have gone somewhere elseThey do not want to risk losing the order by giving out this information

Heuberger's Service Department SUCKS!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I addressed my concerns to Heuberger and to this day... not one manager cared to call me or make things right. This is what I went through...

12/10/2015: Came in to receive my very first service for my brand new WRX. I received an oil change and told them my seat belt buckle needed to be replaced as it wasn't clicking in. They checked it out and had to schedule another service with them because it took them a week to order the part. I asked the service lady if I could receive service without having to go through their very steep driveway. I didn't want to scrape my car.

I took my Tribeca in to Heuberger because I had a nail in my tire just prior to leaving for a road trip with my children. The nail was located about 3-4 inches from the tread edge. They said that they could not repair the tire because the nail was too close to the tread edge and said that I would need 4 new tires, $1000-$1500 depending on the tires I chose. They also gave me a quote for $1400 to repair a small oil leak even though I was in three weeks prior for an oil change and auto check and they did not mention it.
I declined the services and they said that they understood if I could not "afford it." I took the tire to another auto shop and they plugged the tire for me, inflated all of my tires to the proper pressure, and rotated them.
I was very disappointed at being mistreated as a customer and I was pretty sure that they were doing it because I am female and perhaps think I don't know anything about cars.
Thank you for documenting my complaint.

Dishonest! Heuberger Subaru hides hail damage. They are deceptively passing off 650-700 hail damaged â??repairedâ? new and used vehicles as undamaged. They donâ??t advertise hail damage, like the rest of the dealerships in their area. They try to sneak it past you by waiting until final closing and getting you to sign a waiver along with the blizzard of other paperwork.

After 3 visits and two test drives, I just happen to notice hail damage on a vehicle in the show room. After closer inspection, I saw hail damage on most of the vehicles in the show room and several vehicles throughout their parking lot. I asked my salesman, [redacted], and one of their financial officers, [redacted], how they got away with this deceptive sales practice. They both stated the company line: â??the damage repaired vehicles are just as good as newâ? and â??Heuberger prices are so low that there wasnâ??t any room left to give customers a discountâ?. Heuberger makes a lot of money selling to the community, Ft Carson, Peterson AFB and United States Air Force Academy. Our community, soldiers and airmen deserve honesty up front.

Hueberger Subaru may be the largest Subaru Dealer in the country, but they do not deserve an A+ Revdex.com Rating.

During October 2014 I placed an order for a 2015 Outback and stated that I would be paying by check, when the car arrives for delivery and no financing required. To place the order I had to give them a credit card for $1000 to be applied to the purchase. The car arrived for delivery the week of January 12, 2015. At this time they informed me that, even though I was not financing the purchase, they needed my social security number before closing the deal. In view of the recent data hacks into companies like Walmart and Home Depot, I resisted giving the number to make the purchase. They would not sell the car to me without the number. I was forced to cancel the order and request the return of my $1000 deposit. They said that I could not get my deposit returned until the car is sold to another buyer.

I was able to find another dealer in Denver, who gave me the same price on the car order, but with no requirement for a deposit or need for a social security number on delivery. The downside is, I have to wait another 3 months for the car to be delivered, in addition to waiting for my deposit refund. If I had known about the s.s. number requirement from Heuberger Motors at the time of the order, I would have gone somewhere else. They do not want to risk losing the order by giving out this information.

Short and Skinny found a truck offered 5200.00 they were asking 5988. they came back 5595.00 called 2 hours later the lies started was told the price was just reduced and this was a great deal, they just sent it for paint no dealership reduces price then sends for repairs, I complained to gm about the lies he shrugged it of with no care, tried to work out some thing still at there price, then the run around for 1 week then they said it needed more work that increased the price to 6988.00 the work that need done was 400.00 total at brakes plus, called several times we were told our sales man just left when we spoke to some one else he was amazingly there picked up saying a different name until he seen it was us then stated he was screening his calls from a different person, they have reverted to 1970 lie tactic old school dealership beware, oh and I have purchased 2 cars from them before, but no more, the gm there is as big a cheat and liar as the sale person was
