These jokes will get zero stars from me, I can’t believe this is actually a law firm, I spoke with Matt, and a very ignorant Chrissy, everyone who works in this office is ignorant. They will not take a payment nor communicate. It sounds like they just file laws suits to profit off of, and refuse to take any payments so they can charge a process server to serve you for an account that you’ve already made an attempt to pay. Really? Ryan Peterson, sounds like you are a down low lawyer.

There is only one cure for the sickness that the Heuer firm has, and that is a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. The unethical firm puts hardships on hard working people by abusing the machinery of the courts, and permanently harms the peoples credit and court histories. This unethical firm totally ignores and possible disputes to services or billing. They are absolutely no better than the predatory lenders attorneys that caused the 2007 mortgage meltdown. Heuer Law Office has repeatedly REFUSED my payment in full! First telling me that the payment was over the exact amount and they could not accept it. Next, I paid the full amount they claimed I owe them (more than the original amount) and that was ALSO refused claiming it was not received by their due date! Now, they are claiming I owe them even MORE money! How much do you want to bet if I pay the new amount it will have increased and will be REFUSED FOR A THIRD TIME? I feel as though I am being illegally extorted by Heuer Law Office and need to contact the police.

Both my wife and I tried to talk to them about our case. The lady was rude and unhelpful. Not only did she keep putting me on hold, but then didn't even give me a chance to try and work with her. I will end up taking this to court and hopefully I can get the judge to realize we are making a good faith effort to resolve this and THEY are the ones that are not willing to work with people. From what I can see on this site, I am not the first person that has had this exact issue. Good people trying to work things out and they wont.

I received a letter from Heuer Law Offices, S.C. stating that a lawsuit was being brought against me for the some of $874.77. The medical facility responsible for the claim was at the top of the letter providing some clarification but when I reviewed my credit report the #'s didn't add up. When I called the # located at the top of the letter a woman answered and from the start was rude and unhelpful.
I asked where they got such a large # and she said she could not speak to that yet she could send me out an itemized report. I got the feeling I was interrupting her as the phone call was cold, quick and uninformative. Luckily I received the itemized papers days later but I didn't understand what was sent to me. When I called back she repeatedly told me that she was unable to help me. I informed her multiple times that I just wanted to understand what I was looking at and that I was very willing to resolve this and pay the amount immediately. She put me on hold more then a few times only to return with no information. Sadly my questions never got answered and the bills didn't get resolved through them and the entire phone call ended with her literally hanging up on my.
I have never been so disgusted with an individual or business. I have read some of the other complaints and it appears they all pretty much revolve around that same general subject. I even asked who the collection company was and she would not give me the information.
I ended up researching the whole matter finally finding the collection company. I called them directly and resolved the matter in a timely and professional manner through them. I also informed them that I would be filing a complaint against Heuer Law Offices, S.C.. I honestly don't feel anything will come of this but people should be aware that these people are absolutely horrible to deal with and you're better off finding a different route to resolving your issue.

Review: The company refuses to work with people. I asked if 125 a month until September when I can do 250 a month would work and they said no. Woman was a raging witch on the phone. I received a judgement which I paid in full. I requested a settlement letter so that I can get this removed from my credit and they indicated one was sent to me. I never received one, so I asked them to resend it. They indicated that I would need to send an additional $25.00 Why should I pay money for them to provide me a slip of paper saying I paid them?! I have a right to a receipt! I asked them how do they know it was delivered to me... there response was that it was never sent back to them. HELLO... Mail gets lost everyday! I am extremely upset that they are not willing to print out a simple piece of paper. Poor customer service.

This law firm does not abide by the law and garnished my wages far past the point of falling below the poverty line. When told they were doing this they flat out denied the claim. When you ask for information in writing they do not comply. When you ask to speak to the lawyer about the problem the receptionist tells you that she is allowed to act as an attorney in their absence which is an illegal act. To bring you under the poverty level is illegal as well. They never provided anything in writing to me nor did they work with me regarding these matters. The firm itself has no information on its website besides a phone number. They make outrageous claims without proof to back it up. If they take you to court FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY. These people are shady and some of the worst humans you could have the unfortunate experience to deal with. If they want to file a garnishment against you, you are better off quitting your job because they will destroy your life. I have no money to pay bills, rent, clothing, food for my wife and child, etc.

My experience with this firm is that they are very inexperienced, very unprofessional & unmanageable with clientele!!! I would never hire or work with this firm in any way shape or form!!! They RIP people off and are very unpleasant to work with!!! They are not very customer oriented!! Do not waist your money or time with this firm!!! You won't be happy with the results they give you!!
