Refund from this company hasnot been resolved. They sent a refund and returned the funds.
I was working with this law firm for over a year. I tried to use their installment plan. I finally paid them off in late 2013. I indicated I moved to a different state at that time. I was sending correspondence with tax information etc. Come to find out, they didn't want to take the case since I had moved for over 6 months.
They knew I moved and didn't stop the case before they had all my money?
They were suppose to send my a refund, minus their 90% fee schedule. I recieved the refund after May 27th. Come to find out they returned the funds from my account. They refuse to return my calls. I did not know it would be so difficult to get back less than $500.00 from one of the biggest Bankruptcy Law Firms in Denver.
