Review: Hewitt's Home Improvement services is NOT what it advertizes. One door, and one side panel; that's all he did. He DID-NOT do the clothes-line wire as HE said He would, He didn't do the sensor light like He said He would, glass window for the kitchen door like He said, blinds and screens like He said He would. His customer service skill is REPUGNANT, He LIES to much, "example": I'll be back, always on the phone, used my electricity: [redacted]. [redacted], [redacted].Desired Settlement: Get somebody more reliable and trust worthy to finish HIS work at HIS expense.

Response:
The company states that he and the consumer had an agreement to do the doors purchased from Home Depot that the company agreed to pick up and install, nothing more. The consumer was charged $225.00 for the work done, the consumer only paid $200.00 with a cashier's check. The consumer never brought to my attention that there were other issues that needed to be addressed. This work was done late last year and he is just now complaining about issues he could have brought to my attention months ago. He is not entitled to a refund and I would appreciate no further contact from this consumer.
