In January 2014, I purchased a YUFU stylist by Jon A*** on Kickstsrter; the project was only seeking 25k, but was funded well over 100kJon A*** has since given the backers (over of us) nothing in return - no stylus, no proof of product, no refundsIt's now March 2016, and the product was supposed to be delivered in Aug A year ago, he said there had been delays, but no updates regarding production have been sent sinceHe has, however, entered the comment boards on the Kickstarter page to personally threaten certain backers for posting comments that are (rightfully) calling him a fraud and demanding a refundThese are his paying customers, to whom no product has been deliveredHe has actually taken time to type out things like "you people need to lawyer up", and "I know where you live" to many of them, yet he doesn't seem to have time to actually address the situation in a professional, adult mannerHis responses are only concerned with his reputation, which, at this point, he's only ruining himselfThe product I purchased years ago and never received is now obsolete technology, and largely worthlessHowever, he keeps sending out mass emails promoting it and is still offering it for purchase on the webHe is a true scammer and has no intent to actually give his trusting backers the product

I ordered a YuFu stylus from Hex3 almost a year ago, gave them close to a hundred dollars of my hard earned money. And I have seen absolutely nothing in return for my money they accepted. No product, no status updates, no delivery time frames, absolutely nothing.
I also researched this developers Kickstarter project for this YuFu stylus, which started in 2013 and none of this backers have received the promised stylus either and they've been waiting two more years than me. Sadly Hex3 is still selling preorders for this product on their official website and as far as I can tell, still taking people's money and offering absolutely nothing in return.
I plan to contact my bank and I will pray I can get my hard earned money back. I also saw that the CEO of this company, John Atherton, was recently indicted on fraud charges, though, not for all of the money they accepted from this undelivered, zero status updates, YuFu stylus. So, I hold little hope of ever seeing my preorder from the official Hex3 website fulfilled. Oh, and I have emailed Hex3 four times in the past year through their website, inquiring about the status of my preorder and have never received a response. Ironically, though, I still get monthly advertisements from them via email, asking me to buy this very YuFu stylus that they apparently never had any intention of deficient in the first place in my opinion. Seeing those ad's constantly is like pouring salt in my wasted hundred dollar wound.

Review: I ordered the YuFu Pro several months ago and I haven't heard anything about delivery, I have tried to contact the company thru the provided email address and have never received a response. I think the company might be scamming people. If they can't deliver the product then respond and say so or give a refund. And I keep getting emails for their "backers" trying to get me to buy more things from them, it's infuriating!Desired Settlement: Delivery of the promised YuFu Pro stylus or my money back.

Review: I have been trying to cancel a preordered product due to continuous pushes of the release date, but the company will not respond to my requests.
I preordered a YUFU Pro stylus from HEX3 on 04/16/2014. I was charged at the time I placed the order. The company has since pushed back the release / delivery date multiple times. I have subsequently decided to ask for a refund as I do not expect them to ever send me the product. HEX3 only offer email as a contact, but they do not respond. I have also tried contacting them via their Facebook page and still no response.Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back. $55.16

Review: I pre-ordered a YuFu Ultrafine Stylus - Pressure Sensitive × 1 YuFu Pro - Black for $65.91 on March 18, 2015. Was told it would ship in a few months but I never received it. This was part of gift for my daughter. Contacted them several times with no response.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded. It would have been nice to receive pen but I don't see that happening.

Review: I, as well as many others (see h[redacted]/) ordered the Yufu Stylus back in July 2014. At the time this was a pre-order for an item that was supposed to be delivered in the fall of 2014. Fall came and went, and they updated their page to say shipping in early 2015. It is still not available from what I can tell, and multiple emails to Hex3 have gone unanswered. From the kickscammer website it looks like this is a constant scam they run - collect money from people and fail to deliver any products.

More importantly, this company needs to be investigated and likely shut down for illegal business practices. I don't believe they actually make or sell anything, they just scam people for small dollar amounts that are too small for people to make a big deal about. So more than anything, I would like to see other people from getting scammed from this company.

There is no specific time line on when this business owner plans on delivering the goods I bought and I have asked for a refund. He has not responded. I am not the only one. Review: I ordered the Yufu Pro Stylus from Hex3 on January 8, 2015. Hex 3 has charged me $87.78 CAD and still has not delivered the product. I contacted Hex3 to obtain updates several times with no answer and have also emailed them to obtain a refund, again with no answer. Their tactic has been to email back new offers on their products.

I would like to recover the money I paid. I'm also pursuing a solution for refund with my credit card company.

Review: I have ordered a YuFU stylus on the 10th of January of this year. I payed an amount of €66,86. I wrote 3 Emails (05 april, 05 june and today) to s[redacted] for a refund or when they are going to deliver my stylus. Not even an answer. I tried to look up their telephone number but could not find it.

They can send me advertisements but cannot answer me.Desired Settlement: Get my stylus or my money back

Review: Ordered and paid for a stylus 6/14/2015. Checked on delivery of the item 7/9/2015. Was told there would be a 6-8 week delay in shipment. I stated I was willing to wait. Began checking on the status again 9/16/2015. I have sent several emails as well as completing contact forms on the HEX3 web site and have received no responses.Desired Settlement: I would prefer delivery of the stylus, some response from the company stating why there is an additional delay, or refund of money. Delivery of the stylus is referred.

Review: We preordered a product “YuFu Pro Stylus”, HEX3 on 07/29/2014 to be shipped by the end of 2014, and they still have not shipped our order.
