We have been in contact numerous times with Mr. [redacted] regarding his complaint and have made attempts to reconcile the difference between our merchant account's records of what he was charged and what he has reported to us and in this complaint. According to our merchant account the initial payment...

was declined, and the second payment was the only one that was approved.  We have requested once again that Mr. [redacted] supply a card statement showing a charge from May which our bank says was rejected; we are still awaiting this information.  Mr. [redacted] was nevertheless allowed to attend the class in [redacted] as scheduled.

Please add your rejection comments below.   I am rejecting Hexagon Metrology's response but I do agree with the customer service I have received from [redacted]. She has been helpful and we have talked.My issue is I okayed a transaction on May 16, 2016 for $1440.00 for a class scheduled on June 20, 2016. I was told by [redacted] and received an e-mail that the transaction of $1440.00 had been confirmed and I was secured a spot and set to take the class on June 20, 2016 in [redacted], Wisconsin. I received a text message form [redacted]) on May 16, 2016 at 5 pm EST that $1440.00 had been taken from my account on May 16, 2016 at 5 pm EST. I thought everything was coveredfor that class due to be held on June 20, 2016 in [redacted], Wisconsin. I was alarmed to find out later from [redacted] that the transaction did not go through. I was shocked and explained to [redacted] that I received a text message on May 16, 2016 that the $1440.00 had been taken from my account to cover the class. I did not give [redacted] permission to charge me on June 29, 2016 for $1400.00. I thought the class had been paid for. I was not aware that Hexagon Metrology would charge me later for the classafter I had already taken the class. I thought the class had been paid for from the confirmation I received and e-mail I received from [redacted]. I was told by [redacted] that I needed to pay for the class to secure a spot in the class before I got confirmation to attend the class. I thought that what I did when I gave [redacted] my rounting and account numbers for the transaction which I thought occurred on May 16, 2016 at 5 pm EST. I was not aware of any other transactions Hexagon was going to make nor did I approve any other transactions to my account. There has been a great deal of lack of communication here. If I needed to hold the money in my account after I took the class then [redacted] should have told me that to rectify any problems going forward. I did not give Hexagon Metrology  any approval to charge me for $1400.00 on June 29, 2016. This is the main reason for my dispute. The accounting of my bank is also in question. How can a charge be approved when there are not enough funds to cover the charge. This situation has been one BIG MESS!
