I am rejecting this response because: I would like Hexir to provide a return shipping label for me to send the package backI don't feel that I should be on the hook for paying for return shipping when the product arrived broken and the parts not in their original packaged state.Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: I did not want the refund that was FORCED on me without consent What I wanted was the product advertised as IN STOCK The business changed the status to pre-order AFTER my complaint was issued The business never actually had the product and refused to answer the many voice mails I left on a phone service that they leave on voicemail only AT ALL TIMES during business hours I will reiterate that I wanted the product and paid extra for expedited shipping only to have the business force an unwanted refund

The reason that this POP figure was not shipped was not only because of the price but also because we currently do not have the figure in stockThis item has been discontinued by the manufacturer and while we would love to ship this figure to the customer at the price she would like to pay,
however, we cannot send an item that we currently do not have in our possessionPlease contact us through our support portal and we will be more than happy to offer a discount for any purchase as compensation for our error in listing an item that we do not have
