I went to the cell phone store to buy a *** screen and paid $30 and when I get home I see that the product is not what I requested and paid my money for and I brought this up to the store and they refuse to exchange or refund me my money because they gave me the wrong product. Please contact me ASAP in regards to this as I believe they are not register with you or at least this location.
came into our store on Feb 15.2020. requesting to buy a screen for an ***. I asked him if he have any experience working on the screen replacement, he replied yes he has worked on one before, I told him because we have seen many customers messing up their phones by doing it themselves. I have my tech went and grab *** screen and *** tester and fully tested it with him to make sure its fully working before he leaves. We always test the products with the customer to make sure it is working before they leave our store just to prevent this from happening. He came around 5:30 that evening and we did not get a call or anything from ***, we found out when we checked our email the next day which is the 16th that we got a bad review dated Febuary 16,2020 at 2:01 AM Sunday on Google claiming we sold the wrong product, On Monday the 17th we kindly replied and asked him to bring back the product and his phone so our tech could help him see exactly what the problem is. We didn't get response or a call or anything from ***.
