Review: On October *, 2014 I ordered a breast pump from HeyYouBaby.com (the "Company") over the internet for delivery to a U.S. address (the "Product"). The order reference number is: [redacted].

The Product was ordered and paid for by me online and was supposed to be shipped within 6-9 business days from the day that the Product was ordered.

9 business days from the date of order would have been October [redacted]. Instead, the on-line account log-in system at the Company indicates that the Product has not shipped and that the status is "Processing". When I tried repeatedly to call the Company at the telephone number found on the internet and advised them of the issue by way of voice message, nobody picked up the phone (at any hour of the day during which they claim to be open for business), nor did anybody call me back, despite repeated requests. The Company's website claims to have live support which has been offline and disabled since this problem arose on October [redacted]. Additionally, I have lodged two written complaints via the Company's "contact us" feature, requesting prompt response to the status of my shipment and an explanation for the delay in shipment but, similar to my voice mail inquiries, I have received no reply.

On Monday October [redacted], I lodged another request for information and complaint and advised that, absent resolution of the issue by close of business today (October **), I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I wish to have either:

a) confirmation of EXPEDITED shipping of the Product within 24 hours of this complaint or, in the alternative

b) a cancellation of the order and a refund, in full for the amount of the Product (USD$369.27). I wish to have written confirmation of said cancellation for my records.

According to the Company's terms and conditions, the Product (due to being a breast pump) is non-returnable, even in an unopened box so a confirmation of expedited delivery or a full refund are the only ways to make me whole in this transaction.

I do not have a lot of confidence in the Company's ability to follow through on the expedited shipping and delivery of the Product but this would be my preference.

Review: I ordered a breast pump through this company February **, 2015 and still have mot received it. I have tried multiple times to contact the company through email and telephone with no results.Desired Settlement: I would either like my money back or the product I ordered. I do not want a gift card from the site as I will never shop there again.
