Heyer Pool Service is absolutely outstanding and does a superb job maintaining my Pool and Spa I did a lot of Internet research to find the right company before I selected Heyer Pool Service they offered an incredibly reasonable price for their service and I have never been disappointed Ryan is an extremely likable and very professional young man He always goes above and beyond whenever I need his assistance with a particular concern For example, I was out of town and had a concern about my Spa Light and Ryan traveled to my house to resolve my issue and ease my mind he would not bill me for his time and effort even though I asked him to do so What a strong testament to Ryan's integrity and character Heyer Pool Service is top notch and I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and his attention to detail with my Pool and Spa I would hire Heyer Pool Service again with no hesitation at all and you should also if you want the best service at the best price Truly outstanding service by a truly outstanding young man Heyer Pool Service Don't Leave Home Without It !!

This company has been 'servicing' my pool for over 6 months. Over the past month or so, it has been questionable whether the owner has been here or not. I have not seen him, nor have my dogs alerted, as they always do, when someone is in the yard.
I had my water tested last week at [redacted] and was given a print out that proved there was no chlorine in the water and the acid and alkalinity were extremely high. In addition, there were colonies of hundreds of thousands of black bugs floating on the pool surface.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Untrustworthy and unreliable.
