Heys America Ltd.

I purchased a 30" Heys Gold Hardside spinner, due to the look, feel (light) and 7 year warranty. The case has broken around the handle and the luggage is unusable after a year and only 5 uses. I have been in contact with Heys since November 2014 and they are saying it is third party damage. (The airlines) I do not agree, as I can see where the luggage was molded around the edge is substantially thinner and will not hold up. I have sent the luggage to the Elgin, Il office for them to inspect. (December 2014) Still nothing. Do not purchase from a company that will not stand behind their products, their warranty and will not even acknowledge receiving an item back.
