These numbers are completely fraudulent & false. I have attached check copies of canceled checks they have received from us. ALSO AND MOST IMPORTANT THEY DO NOT GET ALL...

THE FUNDS COLLECTED AS STATED IN THIS LETTER. We take a % of all payments which ranged from 23%-50% due to the age of the account. We have sent them two checks that are not cashed and we never got them returned, we have a re-submission policy and we were going to be issuing this month See attached canceled checks showing they have received more than the amount she is stating, that is completely false.We will have to get copies of all the canceled checks on this account as it is an old account and have been working it for quite some time.Stating only received $5,000some?? Are you serious?

I am rejecting this response because:  my claim was not fraudulent in any way.  HF Communications has repeatedly said they sent us two checks that we never received and I have repeatedly asked [redacted] what the amounts and check numbers were and I could never get a response.  My number was incorrect for what HF Communications collected for us because I forgot to add in one check, yes, there are collection fees involved but we are still owed money and even my boss [redacted] tried calling [redacted] and left him voicemails and no response was ever given to us.  [redacted] even admitted in an email to me that his team dropped the ball on collecting our funds and someone was even terminated for this.  All we want are these two checks that never came to us and we want them immediately.  So in total HF Communications sent us three checks totaling $15,575.22.  The amount turned over to them to collect was $43,255.44.  Money is owed to [redacted]
