Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:It is true that he asked for us to send them back, however, we can't trust sending them back because if he has the tees in his possession, we have no way of proving that they were made incorrectly. Also, this was not part of the promise that he made to us as stated beforeWe have all of the emails to show our reasoning for everything we have said and done, and we would be glad to show them in order to prove our case. We are not out to scam companies, we've only bought shirts from other companies and have had no problems with either of them, you can ask them yourself. The hiccup in the beginning has nothing to do with this, and we have settled it since thenWe paid the extra premium for the higher-end shirtsWe both assumed different things which caused the confusion and has since then been settled. We are asking for a very fair refund and I don't see how it has come to this after all of the inconvenience it has brought our startup business.Sincerely,*** ***

Like we said, we bought shirts from other companies so of course we have other white shirts we're selling We are currently out of most of our sizes on the store because we have kept every single shirt that you've sent us to the side, so none of them are being sold anywhere Clearly, we will not be coming to a solution any time soon because there is no way for us to prove we have every shirt through the internet

what they are saying about the first orders is correctWe had an issue with our employer hereThe 3rd batch I sent out was no issuesI printed them myself, measured everything exactly and printed how they asked.
Their first complaint initially was the front measurements, which
was fixedThen they complained about the tags, which again was fixedNow they are picking at anything just to get some money back.
The person emailing me is wishy washy on what the issue isAt first he said (for the 3rd batch) All of the shirts are bad except Then he emails me and apologizes that they aren't all bad and they are all good except for the white onesI am not sure how you go from being good to only being bad2nd, there was no issue with their tags, at this point we have sent them 216+ teesThe pics that are being sent to us could be from any one of the batchesAlso they told us they had other shirts printed elsewhere as wellWho is to say the pics are not from another order?
I asked them to send back the shirts that are all bad, and we can do a full count and make sure that they are our tees and what youre saying is correctThey refused to do so
When they placed the order originally, they never mentioned the tees they wanted to useWe always go with our standard teeThey again stated that they said they wanted a specific tee and had stated that in the emailI went back and screenshotted them the email and clearly shows that they never mentioned any tee brand and were trying to get me to give them a premium tee for something that they did not pay forUntil I showed them the screen shot.
I feel like at this point they either do these things to companies just to get some money out of the situation and its not rightEspecially if we fixed every issue they had

apparently you guys are online also selling these same white tees. At this point we dont know what is going on and what is being sold and what isn't. Which tees are ours and which aren't. The last run was perfect, I feel as if you guys pulled an old batch and tried to blame us to get some money back. The tees are online and on your instagram which I have proof.
