Mr. [redacted]/Balducci contracted with me to install a 16 SEER air conditioning unit. He installed the Wrong one. He promised to fix.
Mr [redacted] was paid in full $3500 to install a new A/C unit in my house. He said he would install what is a 16 SEER system both inside the house and outside. A[redacted]man unit. He actually installed the very botton line unit a 13 SEER. He admitted the mistake and has promised to come to make the problem corrected but has not. HE has been promising for a month now to come and replace the wrong unit with what was contracted. Now he no longer responds to my emails and calls. How I found out was he registered my warranty unit on[redacted] mans' website. I researched the model and serial numbers and discovered he installed a sub par unit. My realtor can confirm all this as my realtor was witness to the survey and installation of the units. I want Mr. [redacted] or Mr.[redacted] to install the correct units in my house. Each day is costing me more money in terms of my electric bill that I use the less efficient unit.
