The owner, Noe ***, is a door-door salesman He comes knocking soliciting handyman services to include painting, wood work, refinishing, concrete work, staining, landscape, etc He in turn finds sub-contractors to do the actual services He does not do any of the grunt workThe way he gets you to agree to work is to quote a low price During the process, he tells you materials/labor was more than he anticipated, and expects you to pay the difference Never has he “over-estimated” in the beginning and given a creditHe had done work for me in and 2013, and therefore I trusted him One thing he does is take a deposit because he will tell you he has to buy materials, etcHe is very good about asking for money He goes to a check cashing facility immediately after a check is handed to him Other than that, he disappears because he conveniently turns his phone off when he doesn’t want to speak with youThe most recent nightmare had happened May He came to my door one evening and wrote up a contract for $5,worth of work to include:
1) Removing concrete joints on my front pathway and driveway2) Strip, stain, and seal my pathway and driveway3) Pressure wash my entire house4) Strip, stain, and seal my front door and frame5) Epoxy my 3-car garageHe was paid $2,on 05/19/to get started He came back on 05/21/to tell me materials was more than he expected, and needed an additional $2, Both times the checks that were written were immediately cashedAs of this writing on 06/01/2016, I have not heard from him nor has he done any of the work he promised been startedAnother part of the problem is he is known to cheat his sub-contractors, making it difficult for him to get helpYou may also want to check out his *** page He posts pictures of work he does, but notice that he is not in any of the photosThis is for you to beware of Noe ***, and I appreciate you reading Every educated reader is another one saved from a scam
