It was after much thought, consideration and ample time for the business owner to resolve the issue that I am filing this complaint I recently used Grunts Move Junk based in StAlbans, VT for a move from Fairfax, VT to South Burlington, VT and have had a horrible experience that both the owner, [redacted] , and the COO, [redacted] refuse to address, have failed to demonstrate any accountability and have actually reneged on a verbal commitment to refund a portion of the costs and to pay for damage and losses The original estimate vs actual estimate was 81.6% higher in cost despite being a shorter distance: Original Estimate, $1,161.85, hours, miles (Fairfax, VT to East Middlebury, VT) Actual $2,110.35, hours, miles (Fairfax, VT to South Burlington, VT) Difference$over (that is 81.6% more than the estimate), hours more (that is 50% more than the estimate and the actual move was miles shorter Grunts Move Junk came to my house in Fairfax,
