I cannot find enough good words to say about HGH Mechanical, their customer service and quality of work, From the very beginning I knew that I will hire this company to replace my old air conditioning system, Ross, the guy who came to our house for the price quote, was very punctual: the appointment was scheduled for 11am and the door bell rang exactly at 11amThe price was very reasonable comparing to other companies and no B.SA team of technicians worked on the project for several hours and successfully installed a complete brand new system without any glitchesI would highly recommend HGH Mechanical to anyone who need their service On a scale of 10, I give this company 10+++ Thank you HGH Mechanical

We were referred to HGH by a friend of ours who is a construction engineer/project manager who uses this company oftenFrom the beginning to the end, they were great Ross, who came out to give us the estimate (we got estimates from companies) was well-versed and truly didn't try to oversell us on a system (we were getting a new furnace, hot water heater, humidifier, and AC unit for outside) and actually steered us away from a pricey dual fan system that we had been considering and that wasn't necessary for our small cape cod home Manny, who came out to scope the job once we signed the agreement, was also thorough, nice, and easy to work withWhen it came time to schedule the job, as we were edging up on the coldest weather of the year (polar vortex! Minus wind chills!) and snow still on the ground, Manny gave us several options of dates for install and was understanding as we flip-flopped on the date that would work best for us, which was appreciated On the day we had scheduled, the installers showed up ON TIME (between 8-8:15am...when do you get that precise of a window of time?) and ready to goThe four guys who installed our new system were super nice, efficient, and even loved on our misbehaved, attention hungry dogs whenever they had the chanceGoodness gracious, the one gentleman even taught our new dog to give him her paw! The installation went very smoothly and they were clean as could beAs a matter of fact, after they left, you couldn't even tell they'd been there except for the beautiful new heating and cooling systemThey even nicely went the extra mile to figure out a solution to keep water from dumping into the furnace from the floor above if the toilet ever overflowedI know that sounds wacky, but we'd had it happen before and it was a very expensive (years ago...not fixed by HGH) fix, so we'd learned our lesson Lastly, the priceAs I mentioned 4million words ago, we had shopped aroundI work in procurement, and know the importance of getting several quotesHGH came in over $less than the other guys thanks to Ross not overselling us a system too big for our home, and just great pricingNeedless to say, we will be referring everyone we know to HGH in the future, as nothing is more important than personal experience with a company, and our experience was top notch
Recently, I had a gas insert installed in my fireplaceJim from HGH came out and and explained the different methods that could be used to run the gas line He was very professional and was willing to answer my many questions When his crew came out to run the line, they, like Jim, were very professional The team did an excellent job They tried several different approaches in running the gas line until they found the one that I liked the bestThe team worked through lunch to finish on time When they were done, it was like they were not even thereEverything was cleaned up and anything moved was back in its place I would certainly used them again
I've used this company twice, first on the recommendation of a friend and then because I was happy with the first time The servicemen are polite and informative The management is courteous and makes me feel a valued customer I'm recommending this company to all my family, friends and neighbors
