Put a deposit on a trailer unseen at rv show but when wewent Tampa Rv one at a Dover.,FlIt wasn't something we want asked for deposit back told us it would takehours to show in our acct on 1/Call them on Tuesday 1/ was then told it would take days to process it
Purchased a new Airstream from Tampa RV One last month On first trip the refrigerator did not function on LPI connected it ground power a couple days prior to the trip and it cooled to the mid-30's in a few hoursPrior to towing I changed it to LP Upon arrival at our destination I found it had not functioned on LP and the temperature was degreesConnecting to ground power it barely cooled down (max degrees) over the next day and a halfI called your service department today upon arriving home and spoke to the woman with the abrasive demeanorI don't recall her nameI was informed it would be 1-1/months before I could bring it in for service! REALLY? $75,for a new trailer, delivered with a malfunctioning refrigerator and I have to wait 1-1/months to have it repaired? NOT ACCEPTABLE! Horrible customer service
The slogan nobody beats are price( nobody) is if you want the best deal on airstream Check *** ***
If another dealer gives a better price they will come close to match it, but the professionalism will stop
If they can sell the product from under youBecause of low profit they willIf you want to pay full price they will treat you like gold
Professionalism lowers with price

BAD SALES AFTER THE SALE BAD INSPECTION ON THE RV , sold a 5yr tire/ road hazard warranty for $500.00 didn't send in the paper work has been 3 months did not intend to send it in I believe I'm going to get the attorney general of Florida say about fraud.I wouldn't buy anything there trust me good RVing.
