I am rejecting this response because
it doesn't matter if he doesnt work there anymore,it still came from the same dealership.Ive relooked  my "Buyers guide" and no where on it does it state that you offered a 3 month warranty and that we declined it.Thank you for telling us you put in a new waterpump when in fact you did not.I find it hard to believe that your not selling junkie cars when someone I know said they know people whove purchased cars there and after a few months they werent operable.
Regards,

September 1, 2015Dear [redacted],l, owner of H.H. Auto Sales LLC, am responding to the complaint made by [redacted] on 7/31/2015, ID of [redacted]. We would like to state again that when our dealership first opened we did not offer 3 month warranties however when they came back to my office 6 to 8 months later, to purchase her second vehicle and her partner purchased another vehicle, we began to offer these warranties to any customer who was interested. As stated before we have all customers sign an AS-IS Buyers Guide as required by law. When [redacted] signed the document she understood the car was AS-IS. The car was purchased almost a year ago. There is always a risk when buying a used car. When a car is purchased AS-IS the customer accepts full responsibility for the car, this includes but not limited to maintenance. I apologize for this inconvenience. Although I will state, that [redacted] came back to purchase another car and recommended her partner to purchaser a car. I never try to buy a car that will have issues later, that would just be bad for business. With used cars there is going to be wear and tear and regular maintenance that will have to be done as a car owner. If the proper maintenance was not done then problems will arise.Again, H.H. Auto Sales LLC will not buy back or repay [redacted] for the [redacted] because the car was sold AS-IS. Please see the Buyer-Guide and bill of sale attached. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call me at [redacted].Regards,Ha H

purchased a [redacted]. However her boyfriend, [redacted] did on February 12, 2015 (not in October) for $2,250 (not for $1,800.00). John bought the car AS-IS and signed the Buyers Guide explaining the vehicle is AS-IS. [redacted] was asked, as are all my customers, if he would like to purchase a three month warranty through Car Protection Plus. [redacted] did not want to. Attached you will find the signed bill of sale and the Buyers Guide.[redacted] and [redacted] came to my office and financed a 2005 [redacted]. [redacted] stated that he totaled the 2000 [redacted] by running his car into another car while driving on ice. They explained they needed help getting another vehicle because they only had liability insurance on the [redacted] and therefore did not receive any money from the insurance company. They were able to be financed through [redacted] LLC however they did not have enough money to put down. I told them I would pay the $500.00 and allow them to pay me back when they were back on their feet. I have not been paid back or pursued them to repay me. When [redacted] bought the car she signed a buyers guide explaining the car is AS-IS. She did not want to purchase an extended warranty. Attached you will find the signed bill of sale and the Buyers Guide.
The car was purchased in April and it is now August. Even if the dealership provided a 30 day warranty or she purchased a 3 month warranty from Car Protection Plus too much time has lapsed. We apologize for this inconvenience. There is always a risk when buying a used car hence why we ask if customers would like to buy a warranty.
I never try to buy a car that will have issues later, that would just be bad for buisness. With used cars there is going to be wear and tear and regular maintenance that will have to be done as a Car Owner.
I would like to address the lemon law comment. Most people are unaware that the lemon law is only applicable for new cars, not used.
H.H. Auto Sales LLC will not buy back or repay [redacted] for the [redacted] because the car has been totaled. Also, we will not be repaying any maintenance bills for the [redacted] because she was offered a warranty and refused. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call me at [redacted].Regards,
Ha H.

September 1, 2015Dear [redacted],
l, owner of H.H.
I never try to buy a car that will have issues later, that would just be bad for business. With used cars there is going to be wear and tear and regular maintenance that will have to be done as a car owner. If the proper maintenance was not done then problems will arise.
Again, H.H. Auto Sales LLC will not buy back or repay [redacted] for the [redacted] because the car was sold AS-IS. Please see the Buyer-Guide and bill of sale attached. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call me at [redacted].
Regards,
Ha H
