H&H By Design

Review: We signed a contract for custom kitchen cabinetry with H&H by Design [redacted] & [redacted] june 9, 2013. Mailed a Deposit Check for $2,926.68 June 10th.We have completely lost the initial bond of trust we had put in H&H. They have not been truthful or upfront with us throughout this entire process...Oct. 30th, we still do not have an ETA/Install date...5 months later!The Contract completion date was "ASAP-TBD" which implies a sense of expeditiousness or haste to us. [redacted] & I ([redacted]) agreed in June 10th emails the first week of August would work well for both H&H and ourselves. I have contacted [redacted] innumerable times asking for an eta/install date...my last request was Oct. 9th...3 weeks later there hasn't been any response from H&H regarding an install date. Aug. 22nd [redacted] stated "We are moving forward. All supplies in to build the job, job cut list and ready" Sept 23rd [redacted] wants to know if our wood is natural cherry or dyed...We had initially stress to [redacted] we wanted natural cherry which led us to believe that H&H was just now getting started on our cabinets--4 months later. 5 Months have now passed...no kitchen cabinets and no install date!!! We want our Money Back!!!

We want a Complete Refund of our initial deposit of $2,926.68. We have been more than patient & understanding. Our frequent inquires as to ETA have either been ignored or brushed off with vague statements, "getting there," or promises to get back to us with an ETA. We've been consistently kept out of the loop re. status of our Kitchen cabinets. 5 months later & NO Install Date! If [redacted]'s Aug 22nd email was indeed truthful, our cabinets would be ready by now & we'd have an install date!!
