Review: Owner came to my house to gain new prospective customers. He offered to repair and seal make fence, 'making it look brand new', paint and seal around my pool, but took my deposit and never returned to complete project or my calls/texts. He ripped apart my fence, creating large holes. As a result, I could not let my dogs out in the back yard without being leashed. After three weeks of trying to get a hold of this guy, [redacted], I hired someone else to complete the job. [redacted] promised that the job would be completed within 24 hours, but seems to have robbed me! The deposit checks were cashed, but the jobs were never finished. In addition, he painted around my pool very poorly, with pink paint. I told him it didn't look good and he never returned my calls/texts. I gave him $151 for the painting around the deck and $385 to fix the fence. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of all monies already paid out to [redacted], owner of H&H Custom Fence & Painting because he broke the contract and ignored my efforts to contact him.

Review: Jerry and I signed a contract stating that the fence would be completed 12/08/13 and has still yet to be finished. He has stopped answering our calls and won't return any calls after leaving multiple voicemails. He has even gone to the lengths of turning off his phone. We have a half finished fence now, waiting on Jerry to come and fulfill his end of the contract.Desired Settlement: We would like him to just finish the job or if not able to do that then a refund for labor.
