My name is *** I'm years old and live in *** Massachusetts I believe in this day & age that reviews on the internet are critical to a business success or failure if you are like me you read the reviews prior to doing business with some establishmentsI will try to explain my situation in a brief review, I purchased my car from a local dealer *** *** located on Main StIn Brockton, this dealer is hands the best dealer on the planet, they go above and beyond to keep their customers happyI've had my car approximately months and I've been nothing but satisfied with my purchase however on October 5th my engine went a common problem in the ***, I was smart enough to purchase the extended warranty from them so the repair is covered under the warrantyI contacted the garage and had my car towed to a repair shop in Avon now here's where the fun began this repair shop we truly unqualified to repair my vehicle I have not had my car for approximately weeks now, I contacted *** *** again told them that I wanted the car taken from my current repair shop and brought to someone who knew what they were doingYesterday the dealer brought my car to Laham, today I spoke to *** who I must say seems to be a genius when it comes to cars he knew exactly what the problems were told me he would order only VW parts not aftermarket parts like most repair shopsAt approximately seven-thirty tonight I received a call from *** giving me a status update on my car this is less than hours of him having my vehicle now after not having my car for weeks to have an auto mechanic with the courtesy and understanding of my situation to actually call me at 7:at night is truly remarkable to meExpecially when he is trying to repair another mechanics butcher job done to my carIf this is any sign of how this shop is then I'm sure my car will be repaired above and beyond what I expectI will follow up this post with another in regards to the quality of work that they have done on my car I have no doubt in my mind that it will be nothing but Triple A
