Review: Asked for a custom cabinets. Reason one pipe was in the way. When I received the cabinets one of the cabinets came in with the wrong measurement and with no customization with the pipe in the way. I called for the issue to be fix. And they dont pick up the phone cause they see my number on the caller id. For a week straight I called more than 30 times. I go to the shop asking for please the issue and tell me they will pick up the cabinet the next day in the morning and fix issue. Never showed up. I called more than 10 times to know what was happening and I never pick up the phone. The next day I take the cabinet and with the right measurement that I did my self. And they tell me they going to charge me for fix the issue. Try to explain the problem came to their end. They still want to charge me.Desired Settlement: To replace the cabinet the correct way

Review: I ordered cabinets from this company which were installed after a longer than promised period. However, the cabinet over the refrigerator came out too far from the wall to allow installation of the included crown molding without hitting the light fixture. H & H agreed to take out the cabinet and cut it down to be flush with the remainder of the existing cabinets. It took three weeks for them to arrive to remove the cabinet after repeated phone calls and several no-shows. It is now five weeks since the cabinet was removed and I am tired of calling and speaking to the girl there, [redacted], who cannot give me any information about when this ONE cabinet can be re-installed. I paid in full for these cabinets before the work could even commence, and this is the only business that I dealt with since I lost an entire first floor apartment to flood waters from Sandy that cannot or will not finish the job in a timely fashion. I am tired of calling and getting the runaround, no information, or told that someone is coming only to wait for hours with no cancellation notice or apology. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I want my cabinet installed to my satisfaction. I did not ask them to wait over a month for payment, so why do I have to wait months for them to finish?Desired Settlement: Appropriately re-size my cabinet and install it in my kitchen.

Review: I made an agreement with [redacted], the owner, to build custom cabinets for my kitchen. I provided drawings and he came to the apartment to check the measurements. I gave an initial deposit of $2000 August **, to [redacted]. He called a week later and asked me to come to the shop in Queens to finalize a color of the cabinets, which I did on September *, and he said he required a further deposit. We had agreed on a total price of $7,000. and I gave another check in the amount of $1500. We also discussed some of the internal parts of the cabinets, ie a lazy [redacted] in a corner cabinet and we looked through catalogues at types of structures for the interiors of spice cabinets and baskets for a base cabinet. We also included in the price an additional stand-alone cabinet for the entryway, and I agreed to look for an example of the type of hardware necessary for my needs, which I did and e-mailed on September ** a detailed description of what we had discussed and pictures of the type of hardware I was talking about for the cabinet. I still had to have the floor tile installed and because of [redacted] holidays was delayed, but let [redacted] know at the beginning of October that I was working on it and would let him know when I had a date for the floor. The floor was completed on October **, and I had called and left several messages on the business phone and cell phone that we needed to get the cabinets underway. The the answering machine at the shop was full and I couldn't leave a message. No calls were returned. I called numerous times asking for a returned call. I received one just as I had to go into a meeting. We agreed to speak at 6:30 pm and when I called noone answered. This was the week of October **-**. The week of the [redacted] of October I left more messages saying that all the work was done and I need cabinets; there is no way to get water back into my kitchen or to move forward without the cabinets. I wanted to discuss the e-mail I had last sent to even get the cabinets started. Finally I spoke to [redacted] on November *, after many efforts and he said he should come back to the apartment to discuss to refamiliarize himself with everything. I offered any time during the day several days that week, but had engagments every evening. He said he could only come in the evening and would call me back. He did not call. I called several more times and got machines. If his assistant would answer she would say she would try to reach him and call right back, but never did. It is the November ** and again today, using a different phone I reached his assistant, who said she would call him and call back and I called the shop and the cell and got machines. I am almost three weeks without water or anything in my kitchen, because this company will not fulfill it's agreement.Desired Settlement: I would also like my original drawings back. He kept them, although I have a copy. I have given them numerous opportunities to tell me why they will not respond and tell me whether they are willing to do the job or give me my money back. I would take a check, but I am worried that it may not be good. I think that after all of the anguish and bad treatment I would prefer to start over with someone else, rather than continue to deal with this company. I also am not convinced that [redacted] put any effort into finding the right internal working for the cabinets as we discussed.

Review: They started my kitchen cabinets over 6 months ago and to date they keep giving me a run around. They brought the wrong color doors today and no handles, they also did not have the panel for the kitchen island and they were missing 1 cupboard for over the stove. they kept promising a date and then they never show up. I gave them many chances. I had to pay out of my pocket to install the granite countertop since they cold not find anyone to do it after the cabinet base were installed. I had them instakked 2 weeks after.Desired Settlement: Refund cash it is going to cost me to complete the project, plus my 1000. that I paid out of my pocket after I minus what I owed them. Plus $1000. for pain and inconvenience.
