Review: I purchased a refrigerator and it was delivered Jan 30, 2015 with a small dent for which I settled for a $100 credit. I have been to the store in Colonial Heights twice, and called the delivery department in Midlothian with no results. They have stated that they have the paperwork on the desk, but have not credited my credit card. Can you help? I think 2 months is plenty long to wait. Thank you for any assistance you can give.Desired Settlement: They owe me $100 or they may bring an undamaged one and replace the one I have.
