Their not replacing a pump I purchased with a two year warranty Around Oct of I purchased a toolbox fuel tank combo.It came with a year warranty on the pumpIn February of the pump started blowing fuses.Which kept me from using my tank.I let H and H know when it happen.Now I've been to a H and H twice and can't get the pump replaced.Instead their trying to sell me another one

I left my truck to have step sides and a lid installed They beat up my truck! They dented the driver's door and the tailgate and scratched it Toyota Tundra beaten up, dented, and scratched I told them of this today and they said, "What do you want ME to do about it? Do you expect us to inspect each vehicle before we work on it?" The professional answer to that question would certainly be "YES!"

I am not shy about posting a review of a company who doesn't provide good customer service or who doesn't stand behind their products While most are negative (since most companies care only about the sale) this on is extremely positive I purchased a bed cover for my GMC truck from H&H about years ago While the cover is great the latches holding it down were not the most rigid and they finally weakened to the point where my cover was sliding around as I drove down the freeway I called H&H hoping to BUY new latches They said to bring it in and they would look at it Well I just got back and they replaced all the latches and retro fitted the taping, etcALL AT NO COST On top of that they were extremely friendly and customer focused The BEST experience I ever had with a company as far as customer service is concerned If one needs anything for their truck you should consider H&H They are one of the companies out there that are doing it right!

On February 15th I went into the Trussville H&H door and ordered a front end replacement bumper for my vehicleI was told it would arrive in to daysOn the day I called back to find out where my bumper wasI was told by another employee that it would take one more week of production and one week to ship my productSo I waited weeks then I called backWhen I told or asked about my bumper I was told it was ordered last weekAnd I informed them know I ordered it on February 15th this is now March 13thSo I felt I was getting nowhere and I called H&H corporate told them my issue the gentleman there named Ron told me they would purchase my bumper from a competitor and it would be at the store in daysI went up there on the third day spoke to the manager name JonathanHe told me they could not install my bumper until the next day I told him of my situation and how I felt I was lied to by the staff and my experience there I wanted my money backHe told me he did not like the word lied he did not feel that they lied to me about the arrival or time frame of my bumperThe next day I had my bumper installedI was quoted it would take hours ended up taking five hoursWhen I got in my vehicle my front parking sensors were going offThis vibrates the seats of my truck and my indicators were showing I was hitting somethingI'll take this over to the technician to install my bumper and they told me quote just drive it a few days and let it reset itselfWell I'm not stupid I drove it to my dealership and then for me that no it will not reset itself at any timeThis was H&H is way of pacifying mean so that I would become someone else's problemThis was Thursday I had to go to work that eveningMonday morning when I was off I drove straight to corporateI met Ron and person told him my problem he contacted will at the Pelham storeHe instructed me to go there and they would resolve my issuesWhen I went to the Pelham store they mess with my truck for about hours and their solution to my sensors going off all the time was to put electrical tape over themI'm driving a $60,truck I just purchased a $1,accessory and the craftsmanship of their company is to put electrical tape over my sensorsAlso I showed them where the bumper was coming up into my Fender and rubbing my paint off on my passenger sideMy driver side had a quarter inch gap between the fender and the bumperLong story short I contact the manufacturer try to verify what H&H was telling me was correct or incorrect they told me they do not know what H&H is talking about so I asked for a full refund and for my stock bumper to be put back on my vehicleSo I wasted over hours of my time countless phone calls to the manufacturer of the bumper and H&H I still cannot resolve my issue but nowhere on their website says that 25% of the trucks are not compatible with the sensor ready bumper that ranch hand salesNor did anyone from H&H or Ranch Hand offer to reimburse me for my diesel fuel or my time wasted by their companiesDo not use H&H they will do a terrible installation job they will pass you the customer at your expense around to other companies or other stores and you still will not have the issue resolved.!

I purchased a lid for my Ford truck which they guaranteed not to leak When I returned it to them for repair, they refused to honor their guarantee
When I purchased my lid from H&H in 1997, they said it was guaranteed for life not to leakAbout years later, I returned it to them to repair a leak They fixed it as promised for no charge and told me if it ever leaked again to bring it back
I took it back to them today (August 3rd) for a leak repair They would not honor their guarantee without a charge
