Review: Swimming pool was replays termed and new tile and coping completed in May 2014. In December 2014 noticed dark stains on my pool. Spent months trying to get HH to fix the issues with the plaster as I have a 2 year warranty. No firm, written promise to address issues have been received.Desired Settlement: Repair or replace plaster. HH to pay or any and all costs associated with this work and HH to provide detailed warranty instructions for care of the pool and renew warranty for 2 years OR refund of money for plastering costs.

Response:
I met with the customer yesterday (05/07/2015). We discussed an agreeable repair and scheduled it for Thur (05/14).The major problem was with the fact that the estimator/project manager for this particular job, transferred to our Austin location.
