Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/12/15) */ December 14, Revdex.com of MN and ND S River Ridge Cir Burnsville, MN RE: Case # [redacted] -- [redacted] This is in response to the letter I received a few days ago regarding some complaint against my small service businessI have called many times to this customer, and receiving no response or any call back, I went back to the property and replaced the broken piece of glass again with no monetary amount that was to pay for labor which was not fully guaranteed by the company This has been a very disturbing customer to deal with on any level as I was only receiving the monetary portion of the total bill for just the glass which is warraneed for years, but that does not include the installalation of the new window nor replacing the glass, any of the jams or trim work The customer never would return calls or answer his telephone, except to drive by my garage and yell derogatory names to me; others close at hand heard these remarksAfter having the glass crack twice, (the glass was cracked up on arrival so another was ordered)While reinstalling the second piece of glass the next time, it cracked alsoAnother piece was ordered which was still under warranty so no cost to customerHe insisted that I replace it again with no payment for my laborMy first glass replacement was for free; the second one should have been for $labor as that is not under any warrantyBut after a few days of trying to contact him, I phoned his partner and asked him to make sure the home was open at a.m.; and when I came there, the realtors selling the home were there so I just replaced it--that customer has never contacted me, nor thanked me in any way; nor paid for my labor againRealizing who I was dealing with, I just did the work, left the premises; and have tried phoning him to assure him that the glass again was replaced; but he will not answer calls nor return any callsAll he screams about all the time was sueing meOver an $charge for labor?????
