I have had the worst home-buying experience of my lifetime because of hhhunt. This developer retained all HOA power and even passed on a budget shortfall to the new HOA. He retained veto powers and annexation rights.
Now he's adding 47 new townhomes to a subdivision that was completely built out & our amenities will not handle the 100 new residents. I wasn't given the governing docs until closing, so I had no way of knowing all of this.
In short DON'T BUY A HOME IN A hhhunt developement. You will regret it!
