Dear Revdex.com:Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to *** *** complaintAs Iread her desired settlement I feel there are two complaints to respond to
The first complaint: I understand ***'s frustration with marketing remarks on ZillowWehad those
removed as soon as it was possibleZillow is an outside vendor, who we have limitedcontrol over, that sweeps our listing information into their databaseCompelling them to makechanges to the data can sometimes take longer than anyone would wishThat being said, themarketing remarks that *** requested be removed from Zillow were removed within afew of days of our contract with *** being cancelled
The second complaint: The "Sale Failed" remarks that *** requested to be removed fromthe NWMLS were removed Monday morning, May 23, 2016- the same day ***requested them to be removedThose remarks were in the confidential Agent Only Remarkssection of the NWMLSThis is not a section that is displayed publiclyIt is typical when a salefails to give some indication of whyAdding those remarks in no way was intended to cause*** harm or make it difficult for her to sell her home
I've attached a copy of the NWMLS print out showing today's date and the "Agent OnlyRemarks" section to illustrate the fact that the remarks are no longer showing.I sincerely hope that *** is successful in selling her beautiful home and wish her the best!Thank you again for the opportunity to respond to ***'s complaint
