I have attached copies of the emails that I sent to *** *** in SeptemberOne of the emails had an electronic copy of the partnership return attached to it along with the IRS Form I received the signed back on 9/17/If that file was downloaded, then the partnership return should have been downloaded & printed out by himI also mailed a paper copy of it the following dayI re-sent those emails today to Mr*** & told him to let me know if the partnership file was not attachedI could have done the Partnership Return sooner if Mr*** had answered one of my many emails asking for the cash on hand amount as of 12/31/I have attached those emails as wellI was finally able to get that amount from another partner, *** ***, & finalize the return. The invoice sent for $is for the Partnership return.I will need to go thru the archived reports to see what happened to Mr***' personal returnI assumed it was successfully efiled in I did receive notice that one other file (for another personal return) did not process properlyI will check that batch to see if his was in thereAgain, I have not found anything for Mr***' personal return in our office

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. I am going to close this out even though nothing has been done to satisfy my original complaint.

This is becoming a he said she said. As I stated in the complaint, not only didn't I receive these documents but [redacted] and [redacted] have not received their copies either. [redacted] TOLD Janet H[redacted], the owner of HHM, that the bill would be paid once we have received the documents. This has not happened. What does it take to make another copy? It's been 1 1/2 years. Based on this reply, it appears my 2014 taxes have not been filed. I have never been contacted that they were awaiting our personal data for 2014. Since we have had them prepare these documents since 1978 don't you think they would request the info? They are saying because they didn't log it in, we didn't provide it. I'm saying they received it but either lost it or forgot to file and are trying to weasel out of their responsibility. If the paperwork has been properly filed, why is it the IRS saying, online,  they don't have the info to provide me with a transcript. This needs to be resolved ASAP. Especially if my 2014 taxes haven't been prepared. I am personally going to meet with the IRS in [redacted] this week to try and get a better handle on this. Based on what they provide, I will ask what legal action I can take to resolve this issue. It can't be as easy as making another copy or they would have done this and put this to bed. Until all tax forms have been received, I will keep this complaint open.

We have provided copies of the 2013 returns in question but I will do so again. His partnership return for 2014 was also provided to him. I do not think we have any of his personal data for his 2014 return. I will recheck our files but we track every person thru an in process log...

when we recieve their tax information.  There is nothing logged in for this person. The person making the complaint was asked not to call or come to our office again because of the way he treated my staff.  Each phone call or visit from this person has been profane-laced screaming directed at my receptionist and other staff members. No amount of frustration should ever result in calling someone a F___ing C__t or a F___ing Liar.  I have not sent more copies of returns as we have not been paid for services that we have provided. Currently, they owe my firm $1,782.00. We are a small family-owned firm, in business since 1978, and the unpaid invoices present a financial hardship to us. Hopefully he will be happy with another set of copies.
