I, [redacted] OWNER OF HHR ENGINES & TRANSMISSIONS RECEIVED THE LETTER OF COMPLAINT SUBMITTED BY [redacted] , ON 12/06/THIS IS MY REPLYIN THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER CUSTOMER BROUGHT IN HIS BMW 530iHIS VEHICLE NEEDED THE CYLINDER HEAD & GASKET REPLACEDUPON THE REMOVAL OF THE CYLINDER HEAD & GASKET, I NOTICED THE CYLINDER HEAD WAS CRACKEDCUSTOMER WAS NOTIFIED, WHICH HE STATED HE'D PURCHASE & BRING IN THE PARTS NEEDEDI AGREEDNEARING WEEKS CUSTOMER BROUGHT IN CYLINDER HEAD & GASKETTHREE (3) DAYS AFTER I PROCEEDED TO WORK ON THE VEHICLEI THEN NOTICED THE CYLINDER HEAD GASKET HE PURCHASED WAS THE INCORRECT ONENOTIFIED THE CUSTOMER ABOUT THAT & IN ORDER TO NOT WASTE ANY TIME, I MYSELF ORDERED THE CORRECT CYLINDER HEAD GASKETAND PROCEEDED WITH MY JOBWHILE WORKING ON THE CUSTOMERS VEHICLE I NOTICED THERE WAS FRONT END DAMAGE & THE RADIATOR DID NOT FIT PROPERLYTHE RADIATOR WAS BEING HELD BY WIRES & CLAMPSA JOB DONE VERY POORLYCUSTOMER WAS CALLED VIA PHONE & NOTIFIED ABOUT MY DISCERNCUSTOMER STATED HE'D FIX ITTO WHICH I REPLIED THAT IF THE RADIATOR WAS NOT PROPERLY PLACED THE ENGINE CAN BE DAMAGED AGAINWHEN JOB WAS COMPLETED UP & RUNNING, I NOTIFIED CUSTOMER THAT HE COULD PICK UP THE VEHICLEHE PICKED UP THE VEHICLE OCTOBER 28, HE WAS ACCOMPANIED BY ANOTHER PERSONVEHICLE WAS RUNNING PROPERLY WITH NO SIGNS OF TROUBLE SHOOTINGI SHOWED HIM WHAT WAS DONE AND VERBALLY EXPLAINED HOW THE WARRANTY WORKED ALSO ON THE TASK THAT HAD BEEN COMPLETEDONCE MORE I MENTIONED THE FRONT END DAMAGE & ABOUT THE RADIATORWHEN CUSTOMER DID NOT SEEM TO COMPREHEND, I EXPLAINED IT ONCE MOREEVEN INCLUDED THE PERSON THAT ACCOMPANIED HIMAN INVOICE WHICH I HAVE ATTACHED WAS ALSO GIVEN TO CUSTOMERSTATING THE WARRANTY & THE WORK DONE ON VEHICLECUSTOMER SIGNED IT AND A COPY WAS GIVENAPPROXIMATELY DAYS AFTER CUSTOMER CALLED ME THAT ENGINE WAS BLOWING SMOKEHE WAS TOLD TO BRING IN VEHICLE SO I COULD CHECK IT OUT IN THE CASE IT WAS A MALFUNCTION OF MY DOING OR SOMETHING ELSECUSTOMER DID NOT BRING IN CARHE BEGAN TO INSTEAD OFFEND AND INSULT ME THROUGH TEXT MESSAGESRIGHT AFTERTHEREFORE, I TOLD HIM IF THE CAR WAS NOT BROUGHT IN FOR MYSELF TO CHECK OUT IT WOULD NO LONGER BE MY PROBLEMPHONE CALLS AND TEXTS REACHING OUT TO CUSTOMER WENT UNANSWEREDON 12/07/AFTER RECEIVING THE COMPLAINT NOTICE I TRIED TO REACH OUT VIA PHONE AND NO ANSWERI TEXTED HIM TO SEE IF HE'D WANT TO DISCUSS A DIFFERENT MATTER AND HE REPLIED WITH A CURT "NO." CUSTOMER AS STATED ON THE INVOICE WAS GIVEN A DAY WARRANTY ON LABOR ONLY, NOT ON PARTSALSO, NO WARRANTY IF CUSTOMER DID NOT FIX RADIATORTHANK YOU.SINCERELY, [redacted]

Here is my reply once again [redacted] owner of HHR ENGINES & TRANSMISSIONSIn reply to the rejection of [redacted] , his responsibility was to bring in the car in to the shop to be diagnosed by myself because his vehicle was still under warranty for the laborHe stated it was smoking, the probable cause could've been because the fan can cut the water hoses or the fan did not work properlyThe same reason I told him to fix the radiator properlyWas the radiator fixed after I worked on the vehicle? Another reason I had said if you DO NOT fix the radiator my warranty will be voidedI explained both in English and SpanishYou agreedYou signed the invoice stating you understoodNow you're the one with the accusations, you're stating I did not replace the head gasket with a brand new oneAny professional mechanic would know that the head gasket HAS to be new All in all how would you know what the problem would be when you never brought in the vehicle to be checked out? Do not falsely accuse me also of not replying or answering your callsShow the proof of when you'd call me out of my name thenIf I "ignored" your textsAlso please get the facts straight on the dates from the first complaint notice I receivedYou picked it up 10/28/How did the problem occur on 12/20/2017? I am rejecting this response because: His man never told me to bring it in to be dianosied , in act he rejected me an I didn' have time to play games so I took it to some one that would keep there warranty I have his text on his personal number of him rejecting my buisnessThe radiator mount does not affect as it has been driving for quiet some time previouslyHe fixed the the head gasget it went bad so know why would he not fix this problem ? If he has a warrenty like he said then we would not have the issues So I had to take action because this man would not so I took my car to professional to get the job done I have school to go to an see my son which now has become problems for me as well getting a job This my has stunt my growth in life an his lies I have proof of what he actually said He personally said it's my problem now so, that' why some one else is doing what he could not

REMOVAL OF THE CYLINDER HEAD & GASKET, I NOTICED THE CYLINDER HEAD WAS CRACKED. CUSTOMER WAS NOTIFIED, WHICH HE STATED HE'D PURCHASE & BRING IN THE PARTS NEEDED. I AGREED. NEARING 3 WEEKS CUSTOMER BROUGHT IN CYLINDER HEAD & GASKET. THREE (3) DAYS AFTER I PROCEEDED TO WORK ON THE VEHICLE. I THEN NOTICED THE CYLINDER HEAD GASKET HE PURCHASED WAS THE INCORRECT ONE. NOTIFIED THE CUSTOMER ABOUT THAT & IN ORDER TO NOT WASTE ANY TIME, I MYSELF ORDERED THE CORRECT CYLINDER HEAD GASKET. AND PROCEEDED WITH MY JOB. AN INVOICE WHICH I HAVE ATTACHED WAS ALSO GIVEN TO CUSTOMER. STATING THE WARRANTY & THE WORK DONE ON VEHICLE. CUSTOMER SIGNED IT AND A COPY WAS GIVEN. APPROXIMATELY 20 DAYS AFTER CUSTOMER CALLED ME THAT ENGINE WAS BLOWING SMOKE. HE WAS TOLD TO BRING IN VEHICLE SO I COULD CHECK IT OUT IN THE CASE IT WAS A MALFUNCTION OF MY DOING OR SOMETHING ELSE. ON 12/07/17 AFTER RECEIVING THE COMPLAINT NOTICE I TRIED TO REACH OUT VIA PHONE AND NO ANSWER. I TEXTED HIM TO SEE IF HE'D WANT TO DISCUSS A DIFFERENT MATTER AND HE REPLIED WITH A CURT "NO." CUSTOMER AS STATED ON THE INVOICE WAS GIVEN A 90 DAY WARRANTY ON LABOR ONLY, NOT ON PARTS. ALSO, NO WARRANTY IF CUSTOMER DID NOT FIX RADIATOR. THANK YOU.SINCERELY, [redacted]
