I was unaware to the lack of communication from my sales repShe never called the office or myself to complain about this matterI will resolving these issues today

Hi-Roofing completed a new install on my house for roofing and guttersWorking with Luis was easy and was very responsiveHe got back to me quickly and took care of any concerns that I hadWould definitely recommend them

We had a tear off and new architectural roof installed after a hail storm in caused damage to the roof, siding, copper on the bay window, gutters and downspouts We worked with the owner, Luis *** who was wonderful to work with He was always accommodating, and his team was very professional, courteous and not a speck of debris was left behind It's been a year since the work was done and we are VERY happy with the results We were 'very' satisfied with the work performed by HI-and would highly recommend this roofer

complaint in addition, I did contact his office but somehow he did not get any of my messages. Lastly, once the owner became aware of this issue, which his sales rep never communicated to him, he called me within hours of filing  this complaint and addressed the issue immediately. My gutters were replaced today, at no charge to me, and in addition, the owner offered me a small refund for my inconvenience. I am very pleased with the response and quick turnaround of the owner and would like for my complaint to be removed as a negative [redacted] against his business. As a matter of fact, because he has proven to be a legitimate company with morals, values and believe in customer service, I actually will continue to do business with Luis and will refer him to friends and family.   
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
