My name is [redacted], owner of Hi-Altitude Flooring, LLC.  This letter is in regards to a complaint I received from a customer through the Revdex.com that I would like to respond to. The customer complaint comes from Ms. [redacted]

in for her.  The sub-floor bubbled from moisture, from the concrete, which in return made the plywood bubble.  We attempted twice to fix the family room. When we finally fixed it, she was satisfied and it was done and addressed before we left that day.  Later she noticed that the same thing occurred in the study.  At that time we booked a date weeks out to repair it.  I take fault that my calendar for some reason erased the dates that I was supposed to repair the study.  This was back in April 2016 and I have never even received a call from Ms. [redacted] stating that I was supposed to show up a certain date. I feel awful because that was a very busy month and I must have messed up my schedule.   I was never notified until this letter from the Revdex.com that this was the case.  This has now been 10 months ago.   I made a call to Ms. [redacted] on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 and left a message.
