I see clearly that the business owner got herself in series of complicat** allegations. The argument contradicting itself in the basics and many points, and the first reading show the retaliatory mentality !- If I show** politeness once, then I am not going to be rude for the assistance, on the contrary I told her I know it is not your mistake.- I am not under the impression of being bann**. Now I am a customer of a laundry that the owner himself has allergy and not using chemicals and very honest very decent .- It is a fact that ALL cleaners in Houston use chemicals for laundry not only dry clean. Revdex.com staff in the end are customers and can verify this. Business owner told me in person at the first time that she uses chemicals for stains but "  if you want no chemicals then separate bag for you".- Hi Cleaner ( the business ) never deni** it, till the issue start** and pretend** they use soap only. -  Revdex.com has the two pictures of the two shirts. The first showing stain on the outer side of the shirt. The second showing damage that can't happen without intentional purpose. And the two pictures relat** to the incident time and location ( I have my  evidence )- When I ask** the assistance first time not to use chemical she didn't say "we don't use chemicals" ! She said ok will notice that. Also, they stole me on the invoice pretending they had to use dry clean and this first argument made me unfavorable ( I told him I didn't ask for dry clean for two shirts and you should took my permission ).- When I was upset, as she mention** in her message, I was upset because the smell in the clothes when I return** home . I found out about the stain later when I was driving to the cleaner and met with the assistance .- I was acting in decent way, gave her about 2 weeks, came after 6 PM and no customers got panic or left because of me.Good thing about unprofessional people is that they keep making mistakes, big mistakes, like the last message which is big legal evidence , and before it, damaging the other Express shirt just to prove that Express shirts are easy to be damag** . But why around the neck only ? Again, the first one never got damag** from inside the neck but from outside. I have met with Express managers and they are ready to back me and their reputation. Other cleaners also ready to verify her allegations against Express shirts. Also, the purchase date was almost the same week.  Hopefully she will not get me to start legal case, which I am ready for .- She is not aware of the fact that there is video clip for the conversation with the entire team includ** , the store, the faces and the two shirts, and I was polite !  I was civiliz** and civilization start with decency and ethics not who yell** first. Also, legally she insult** me with her body language and the very ugly way she tri** to shut me or the way she and her team tri** to mock me.Revdex.com,Please, you have the pictures of the shirts and you have the facts from both sides. I don't see any ne** to investigate more. I expect you to defend Houston customer and take action.- I ne** my shirts to be replac** -  I ne** the business to email apology- I wish that Revdex.com take action that shows respect to Houston customers regardless my personal case. This city can't be victim of unprofessional and unethical behaviour.I can't wait another month for the business to respond. Please take action. If you doubt my pictures , ask me for the video.
