I paid for a neck wrap that I never received.The salesman did not have one in stock and guaranteed he would ship one..He didn’t and is ghosting me..Larry from customer service guaranteed he would replace a Acuwrap that ripped after 1 use. He didn’t, I have our messaging conversations on my phone that backs up my complaints

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me at this time. I do have some concerns though.... I have phone records to prove that I contacted Hi-Dow HQ in Maryland Heights multiple times and they never returned a call. They also never responded to the e-mail information I sent via their web-site. I will return the device as they outlined in their message and see what they do, but I have a feeling I will be contacting you again

The company has reviewed this complaint and Mr*** is not a customer of ours. We are the manufacturer and he would have purchased the item in the complaint through one of our independently owned and operated distributors. Mr*** needs to contact the distributor from where
he purchased the product

Hello,? This is the manufacture? of Hi Dow InternationalWe do not attend events nor do we have an employee name ***It seems that *** works for one of our authorized vendorsAll vendors are independently? owed and operated companies that are authorized to sell Hi Dow Products
and they have their own refund policy that may or may not be the same as oursSince the purchase was made through a vendor and not the manufacture? itself we can not issues a refund to this customerThis customer will need to contact the company that *** works for in order to receive information on the refund policy.? ? If the customer has the serial number to the device they purchased then we can look up the company information and provide the information that we have on file for that company to the customer.? ? The customer can contact the Manufacture? Manager *** via email with the serial number.? Contact Information:***? ? Thank You?

This customer seems to be looking of a refund, however the product was purchased from an independently owned and operated retailerThe customer will have to contact them directly for a refundIf she'd like to do a warranty and send the product in to us, we'd be happy to replace it.?

I received a call from the business today. I am able to register for the warranty and request the electro pads.
