Hello, This is the manufacture of Hi Dow InternationalWe do not attend events nor do we have an employee name [redacted] It seems that [redacted] works for one of our authorized vendorsAll vendors are independently owed and operated companies that are authorized to sell Hi Dow Products and they have their own refund policy that may or may not be the same as oursSince the purchase was made through a vendor and not the manufacture itself we can not issues a refund to this customerThis customer will need to contact the company that [redacted] works for in order to receive information on the refund policy. If the customer has the serial number to the device they purchased then we can look up the company information and provide the information that we have on file for that company to the customer.
