Review: The owner/serviceman took my 40" LCD TV to repair on February 24, 2014. I asked for an invoice, he did not have one and wrote his name on the back of his business card. I never signed anything (contract, estimate, etc.) I have gave him $50.00 for the estimate. He put my TV in a small SUV (which was junky), and he laid my TV on his back seat. The SUV was trashy and not becoming of a business. He called me on February 27, 2014 to tell me that he got it to work, but something was still wrong and he had to keep it. He then said he was going on vacation and would not return until March 9, 2014. I called him on March 10, 2014 and he said he had an emergency and would not be going into his office which is supposed to be in Mt. Laurel, NJ (as advertised), until Thursday 3/13 or Friday 3/14. He never called me and I contacted him again on Friday 3/14. He said it was still not working and he was trying to get parts for a cheap price. I then asked him to return my TV (without repairs) on that evening. He said he had 3 other clients and I was not that important. I asked him to bring my TV, I would wait for him to come Friday evening. He said he was 60 miles away and he then became irate and said "what are you going to do with a BROKE TV". He was very disrespectful and I no longer wanted to communicate with him. My husband called him, and he told my husband that he had three other clients and would probably bring it Monday or Tuesday. My husband asked him to bring it (DO NOT REPAIR IT). Then, he called my phone on Saturday and left a message that he fixed it and wanted to return it. He called my phone on Sunday and came to the office on Monday, (my office is closed on Mondays). I don't want the TV and I want him to stop contacting me. He was very UNPROFESSIONAL, very RUDE and very DISRESPECTFUL, and I would not recommend anyone doing business with him. He has no personality and is very condescending in his attitude.Desired Settlement: LEAVE ME ALONE AND KEEP THE TV.... I WILL TAKE THE LOSS!

Review: The service man said he cleaned and corrected the problem, and made a Cd to confirm it. When I got home the recorder didn't work, when I called to have him look it over he said that he would have to charge me an hourly rate even though his work is suppose to be guaranteed for 30 days. He implied that I may have caused a new problem, which would be another fee if repaired.

Personally I think he never repaired it, made a recording on another system, and took my check.Desired Settlement: Guarantee his work. I just wanted my system repair.
