I wanted to let you know what happened later.On Thursday 11/17/I called [redacted] to ask him if 9:am on Friday the 18th would work to look at the hearing aid At that point he told me he returned the hearing aid already I looked at his record profile and a return label was issued 10/but we have not received it yet ( A lot of times people change their minds, so it is not common for them not to send them back).I cannot do anything if he already returned the hearing aid.I really don't know what to do at this point

*Note! the "Consumer Complaint form," that I filled out on Hi Health Innovation Co& mailed to "Revdex.com" on 10/27/16, is very clear! The new hearing aid that I paid $for lasted Days, I returned it! They said they didn't receive it back

I was distressed to receive the complaint. Here is my version. - Mr*** purchased his aids on 9/12/16 - He came to my office on 9/to pick up a DVD. No mention of the aid breaking
then. - On 10/*** called our corporate office asking me to call. I remember calling and leaving a message but, I did not "log" the call. It was probably a day or later. - We offer several ways to get service. One is to call our corporate office. Another is to come to a drop in period I offer between 12-Monday through Thursday. You can also set an appointment through me or corporate office. *** has come before to Open Service before. - On 11/I received the complaint - On 11/I called *** and left a message. - On 11/I called again and *** told me he has Alzheimer's. he said he got lost coming to my office. We set an appointment for him to come in on 11/at 2:pm. He told me he wrote it down for his wife. - *** did not show on 11/so I called him. He did not realize he had the appointment. - I told him I was off on Friday 11/but I would come to his house to look at the aid.So that is where it stands. I am frustrated by the situation and by the complaint. I cannot do anything unless I can examine the hearing aid. I will let you know what the result is
