I was transferred to a manager named Rachel who was unbelievably nasty and rude. I was considering buying out my contract because I could save hundreds of dollars going elsewhere. I wanted to wait and get the best buy out price I could get, and I was told it doesn't work that way and if I cancelled my automatic delivery I was in breach of contract. I was only asking when my next delivery was scheduled for....It seemed I was not entitled to that information either. RUDE! HiHo refused to work with me even though I was a customer for several years. That was fine, but to be treated with such utter disrespect from an employee was totally unacceptable. If I had any doubt about leaving before, Rachel has now helped me make my decision.

When your contract ends with them, immediately call them and ask to stop the automatic delivery, otherwise they will charge you a price that doesn't exist.
They charged me a price that was 50 cents over the price posted on that day.
Manager is not smart - He thinks earning additional 100$ is better than loosing a customer. Smart!!
I have been with them for over 5 years, but now I'm leaving them.
