The lawn was installed last week(week of 6/25)We did have delays because of *** installing/repairing lines on this property in the rear and some hard rainsWe regret the delay in the lawn installation.We have placed a call to the electrician to replace the damaged fixture in the bathroomAs
long as a new one is in stock, that should be resolved this week.It is my understanding that the screens for the windows are in the garage but have not been installedIf the customer would like us to install them, please contact us and we will make arrangements to have someone come out and install them.We apologize for the delays and the lack of communication on our partWe wish you many happy years in your new home

*** ***, our Service Manager, met the customer at the home at the appointed time*** agreed that there were issues and the following subcontractors have been put on notice to contact the customer and address each issueBig C Lumber (wood trim), Trinity (siding), and Contract Interiors (flooring)The customer indicated to *** that he agreed to this course of actionWe are quite honestly taken aback by the timing of this filing with you since we made contact with the customer, met him at the home at an agreed upon time and he agreed to the proposed course of actionWe will follow up on this to a conclusion
