Bought and Returned Car Same Day
I purchased and returned a 2019 Volvo S60 on August 15, 2022 (that is another story) however the funds have not been returned to my bank. I have requested numerous of times to receive verification of the transaction. I am not able to get in contact with anyone to give me an update of the the status. I only want to funds to be returned and interest paid to me so I am not paying for a vehicle I do not have. From my experience, the dealership is communication skills. Since this is a small company, I thought I would have "golden glove" treatment; I am disappointed with my experience. "Used car "mentality; just selling high end vehicles.

Purchased vehicle in April 2019, several maintenance issues not covered.
I have had 3 major issues with my vehicle since the purchase on 4/1/2019. First one started two weeks after purchase, Chassis system failed and was not covered under my warranty. Hi Line motors up-sold me the warranty by telling me it covers all major items on the vehicle. I could not have repairs done at the Porsche dealership due to the level of warranty given. According to Porsche, the warranty allows only have of the labor cost they charge and compared my warranty to covering a Toyota, meaning I can never take my car in to the manufacturer under warranty. Hi Line sent me to their partnered service company in Richardson TX. It took six weeks arguing back and forth with the warranty company and the service team until they decided to charge me $2500 for the repair. I show up to make the payment and was told it was never discussed with them and the amount will be $3000. I paid this to get my vehicle back, I travel for work and had to pay for a rental car every day, hemorrhaging money. When I got my car back, I noticed that my car had been driven 1000 miles by the service company, I know this because the receipt from Porsche shows the mileage and I drove the car less than 10 miles to deliver it to their service center after leaving Porsche. They would not return my calls to discuss. A couple weeks after receiving my car back, I noticed a huge amount of oil in my garage, the car is leaking. Once again, I could not take it to Porsche because of the warranty provided and need to find a reputable company that can work on this type of car. As of yesterday, my back right tire completely deflated, ripped from the inside. This would be considered normal but upon purchase, another item stated by Kerry to up sell me was the tires on the vehicle were brand new (added the same week I purchased) My wife called to obtain warranty information about the tires and was told it should be covered. After several back and forth messages, she was told it was not covered. If a tire was purchased less than six months ago and there wasn't any nails, cuts, etc. discovered then it should be covered. The tire was installed by NTB yesterday, upon inspection they stated there weren't any gashes, nails, holes and the tire just wore out. I bought this car at 31k miles, this morning it hit 38k. Removing the additional 1k miles from the service shop, it was driven 6k miles since ownership, in no way should a new tire wear out over that short period of time and distance. I have had nothing but issues with this vehicle since purchase

Desired Outcome

I want Hi Line to be held accountable, reimburse me on all the expenses I have incurred and increase my warranty coverage to cover the actual vehicle I purchased. I will provide the receipts to Hi Line and expect a check cut for the total amount. I also want, at Hi Line's expense, to have a full inspection done by Porsche to ensure everything is functional on this vehicle. Hi Line claimed during the sell of the vehicle that they have full inspections done on every vehicle prior to purchase. With all of the issues, lack of coverage and what appears to be outright incorrect claims I do not believe this to be the case. I paid 50k+ for an operable vehicle, I have had more trouble with this car than I have in 5+ years of owning any other vehicle. I want them to deliver the car to me that was promised.

Mr, and Mrs., We would like to address your concerns about the repairs, service and warranty cost. I wanted to first address the miles you stated were put on the vehicle while in the shop. I'm guessing you made a typo error on the miles you stated the repair shop put on the vehicle while in service. This vehicle couldn't have been driven 1k miles as stated, this vehicle was un-drivable do to the repairs being done. When the repairs were done the shop had to drive the vehicle to make sure it was in safe condition, but not 1000 miles. We have our vehicle recon there all the time and never have we had that many miles put on a car. With the warranty concerns we do realize sometimes this takes time when trying to make and exceed expectations of our customers. Our Rep that worked on this claim for you worked really hard to get covered what was needed and could cover. He went over and beyond to help with even paying the labor cost out of his own pocket ( warranty does not ever cover labor) As for the repair cost, we do have the invoices and the pay out of what the warranty covered. The cost you stated for the amount you had to pay out of pocket is incorrect. We do appreciate your business and hope this finds you in great spirits and understand the effects that a faulty review will do to any business. Please take this into great consideration. We here at Hiline Motors honor and respect the business and want 100% satisfied customers.

November of last year (XXXX) I bought a vehicle that have serious issues; front lower suspension arms on both sides installed wrong causing the right side to come off during Mercedes Benz inspection, total repair cost $1800. I was in Marshall store and after several hours with the family went back to the S550 and engine won't start, engine spins but won't start. Called towing company and take car to dealer, next day advisor call me and technicians found crankshaft hall sensor must be replaced and transmission module. Another $2800 in parts and labor. While the car was in dealer they notice the front tires are new and the rear are below the permissible allowed red zone, well two new tires installed another $1200 and the disc break and pads system in the four wheels were replace with the worst aftermarket product that they can find. Today X-XX-XXXX I notice that my registration and plates don't arrive to my house in Edinburg TX, went to tax accessor and the found that my car were registered since December 11, 2018, with the plates numbers *** and I don't have it yet. My suggestion to anyone in the beautiful United State of America be aware of this dealership. I hope that the owners of Shawwna Investment LLC with the dealer number *XXXXXX read this review and fedex next day my registration and plates.
