Review: To whom It may Concern:My name is [redacted]. I am requesting your help immediately. I have taken my car (Nissan Maxima, 2005) to: King Auto Experts in Transmissions[redacted]Phone Number: ###-###-####Email: [redacted]In September *, 2013, I took my car to the above location for a transmission. The transmission was rebuilt and installed. The facility had my car for approximately a month. I did not get my car back until the second week in October, 2013. I had to continually call or visit the facility to inquire the status of my car. They [redacted] name [redacted] never once called me to let me know the status of my car. When I asked him why he never called me, he states that he was so busy. (Poor Customer Service)My car rode without any problems until June **, 2014. I was driving to New York from Maryland. As I was leaving off the [redacted] on June **, 2014, my car started to lose acceleration. I was in the far left lane where the speed limit was 50 mph. I started to notice that my car would not go faster than 30 mph. I continually pressed the gas fearing that a tracker trailer truck was going to ram me in the back. Once got to the bottom of the [redacted], I pulled over onto the shoulder to check the fluids under the hood. All of my car fluids were good. I didnt feel safe on the shoulder, so I tried to proceed onto the entrance of the [redacted] Turnpike to get to the first rest stop. Unfortunately, my car was only able to get to toll booth of the [redacted] Turnpike. After entering the toll booth, I was able to pull to the shoulder and I called Roadside Assistance with AAA. AAA stated that they are unable to tow cars off the [redacted] Turnpike but will link my to [redacted] Turnpike towing. [redacted] Turnpike towing came and towed me to exit: 2. When I arrived to exit 2, I had to call AAA. AAA came and towed me to the King Auto Experts in Transmissions (above address). I had the car towed to the facility after work hours. On June **, 2014, I went to King Transmission to let [redacted] know what happened to my car. I left my keys to the vehicle. [redacted] said that he was going to investigate what the problem was and would contact me. As days went by, I continually called to inquire what was wrong with my car. [redacted] claimed that nothing was wrong with the car. He stated that he drove the car and it rode fine. I told him he needed to drive the car on the highway to see what the problem was. [redacted] said that he was going to drive the car on the highway. On June **, 2014, [redacted] called my father to tell him that he drove the car up to New City, New York. During his travel to New City, New York, [redacted] stated that the car would not drive faster than 30 mph. My father asked him where the car is. [redacted] stated to my father that he let the car cool off and was able to drive the car back to the shop after at least 3hours. [redacted] proceeded to tell my father that the mechanic checked the problem and said that the fuel pump was bad. My father gave [redacted] the authorization to change the fuel pump. On June **, 2014, my father went to the car shop to check on my car. Next, [redacted] tells my father that he had gotten a code that stated the crank sensor and the Vehicle Speed sensor needed to be replaced. My father authorized [redacted] to change those as well. My car remained at King Transmission until, July *, 2014. On July *, 2014, I went to pick up and pay for my car being serviced. On July *, 2014, I went to drive the car to [redacted] As I was driving the car, I noticed that I had a difficult time getting the speed to get onto the highway. I entered the highway at my own risk doing 40 mph. I tried to press the gas as hard as I could to gain the speed of the traffic. The car eventually got to the speed of 55 mph. The car was straining. I strained the car so much that I could hear the transmission dragging. My car sounds like a truck or a motorcycle. On July *, 2014, I took my car back to King Transmission to alert [redacted] of the problem. I told [redacted] that I wanted him to test drive the car with me to hear the straining of the transmission. Instead of [redacted] riding with me, he sent another worker to ride with me as I test drove the vehicle. As we were leaving the shop to test drive the car, [redacted] stated that he heard the noise also. I didnt respond and just exited the shop to road test the car. I drove the car onto the highway with the accompany of the worker. The worker heard the noise as well. We returned to the shop and the worker told the mechanic to check my car. I left my car at the shop. The worker assured me that he would call me to let me know what the problem was. On July **, 2014, the worker called me to tell me that my cater converter was bad and the wheel barrens in the front was bad. In addition, the worker stated that the exhaust system was clogged. I told the worker thank you but no thank you, I will be coming to pick up my car and take it to Koppel Nissan. On July **, 2014, I drove my car to Koppel Nissan. I had them check my car. The mechanic at Koppel called me to tell me that he put the car on the computer and the code shows that the transmission in the first gear has a malfunction. On July **, 2014, I went to Koppel Nissan to pick up my car and returned my car right back to King Transmission. I drove my car to King Transmission with the print out from Koppel Nissan that states what the problem is. [redacted] tried to give me the run around. [redacted] is trying to tell me that Koppel Nissan is wrong and he took the car to his dealer. I told him that I am contacting you all for assistance. Please help me before this problem gets worst. I need my car as soon as possible to be in good working condition. I cannot afford a car payment at this time.I am begging for your assistance immediately.FYI: I was having a conversation with a friend, who had the same experience. We believe these workers are illegally working on cars; meaninDesired Settlement: Refund of money and fix my car
