HI Nails

I had been going to Hi Nails for many years. In the beginning everything was going great, [redacted] was the nail technition that did my nails every three weeks.
I noticed [redacted] would challenge me when talking about various subjects, in front of the customers, which I thought was very unprofessional. The good relationship we had started rolling down hill.
[redacted] had taken a customer at the time of my appointment, this was around 6 p.m., when I walked into the shop I asked, I do have an appointment right? She told me yes, but so did the two people getting the pedicure which I know was not true, they were walk-ins.
Another time one of my nails had came off so I went to the shop to see if she could fix it. I sat patiently and [redacted] asked, what I was there for and I told her my nail came off and I wanted to see if she could fix it. [redacted] said very rudely, this lady has an appointment now as to assume that I wanted her to do it right then, I knew she had a customer and I was willing to wait.
Last straw, went to get a re-fill, but decided to just get a full set instead. [redacted] did not let them soak and began pulling them off, which was very very painful, a couple of them where bleeding from her digging into the false nails to rip them off. So, [redacted] stops because I'm telling her how painfull it is and takes a customer to the back to get her eyebrows waxed...about 15 minutes I sat there, she didn't even tell me she was going to do that. She came back with the lady and began to do something to her nails while I was still sitting there with my fingers in pain. Finally, she comes back and finishes. I haven't been there since.
No matter what the situation I don't think a customer should be put through something like that! How unprofessional! I should have sued her!
