Attention case worker for this complaint On the 29th of October I communicated with the owner *** *** that we will complete her job with no delay once the building permit is completed or finalizes She text me and said ok We had an agreement in ending may to build an
additionIt took till June and part of July to complete a presentable plan for the city building dept to review After a preview the city dpp suggested for me change and add a few items Then I had to route the plans to board of water supply, waste water management, and dept of engineering During this time the plans have been dropped off for each deptReview which took a while before approving and calling me back Then I dropped it off to kapolei hale dpp for final review and that where it's at now So the permit process is what this is till now and soon to be approved I spoke to her in person this past sunday and gave her receipts and paperwork to show that And explained permits take a while especially when the city is busy or short staffed It's to take about or or even months to get it Now she is more understanding Mahalo Charles T** jr
