HI - Point Auto sale

Review: My Husband and I went in to Hi-Point Auto Sale on 2-15-2013 and to look at a truck. Truck was a 1996 Chevrolet 4 x 4 total sale price of the truck was $5,659.49 and my husband and I put a down payment of $2000. and made monthly payment of $200. per month. Now the problem is we been making monthly payments every month and we could not make July payment and I [redacted] called the Office at Hi Point Auto Sale and spoke with the guy on the phone who was in the office at the time and I explain to him that we can not make July truck payment and we would make it up when we made August Truck payment and The Guy in the Office at Hi point auto sale respond back to me ( [redacted] ) You mean you will make both truck payment in August and I said yes and the guy In the office said Ok and No problem. I said Thank you and hung the phone up. Now the problem is Before August 15, 2013 Hi - point Auto sale sent a tow truck out and took the truck. Hi point auto sales send No letters out and no phone calls and No warning at all. My husband and I went over to Hi Point auto sales and ask if they had the truck towed off and they said YES. We ask why and there respond was behind on payments and I [redacted] said yes and I called you and you said it was ok to make July & August Payment together. The Guy in the office at Hi Point Auto sales said What about April Payment. I and My Husband said WHAT ? April payment was made. Guy in the office said NO April payment was not made and I [redacted] Said Ok Then why did you Guys take our payments and wait till August To say Any thing about April truck payment. The Guy working in the office Really Could Not answer the question. My Husband and I Ask to see the payment chart that the auto place uses to keep track of payment and hi Point would not shows us the payment chart and the reason why is because Hi point Auto sale know there lying about April truck payment.

our truck payment is due on the 15th every month. Hi Point Auto sales tole us that they would send us a letter stating what we could do to get the truck back. Hi point auto sales never sent out NO letter and no calls. They have the truck up for sale on there car lot. I feel like we been RIP Off by Hi point Auto Sales. There nothing but liars. Since HI Point took our truck back because they could not wait a few days for the payment I feel they should gives us a FULL REFUND.

No [redacted] you are wrong and telling a lie. where my Letter that you said you was sending out stating why the truck was being repo..?? Why did you or anyone from Hi Point auto sales called me or my husband..?? Why did you wait till Augest to say anying about April payment. reason why is because april payment was made ( 4 months latter you say something about april Payment ) This is why Hi Point Auto Sales has a bad name. If people ask me they will be told the truth. I want a refund. you guys where in the wrong. there was other ways to take care of this problem. it was uncalled for taking the truck back with out notice. I will take the next step if I have to. so I better get a refund or the truck back.
