Review: I have been playing [redacted], a game they designed, for about a year and a half. I have spent close to $50 on the game. Supporting it by buying the ultimate god pack and aesthetic features like god skins.

Everything was going fine and dandy until yesterday when I tried to log-in, they simply said your account has been banned.

There was absolutely 0 explanation as to why and whether or not it was indefinite. Upon inquiring through the [redacted] forms, I learned that they have an auto-ban software in place that bans people if it suspects you are using any form of software that will change their game.

I recently changed from [redacted] Anti-Virus to [redacted] Anti-Virus (nothing else has been changed on my computer or my brother's computer who shares the same IP as me) and suddenly I receive a ban. This is completely unacceptable, especially because I am innocent and all I have done is to support the game.

IGN: [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want them to either provide solid evidence regarding how I cheated or give me back my account or provide a refund of all my purchases (+ interest) and my account back.
