Review: There is a dryer in our apartment basement that rarely works properly. I have filed a complaint several times with the company and have not received a response at all.Desired Settlement: I would like to have $10 refunded back to me as that is the least amount that I have wasted using the dryer. Also, I want the company to fix or replace the dryer that does not work.

Review: Hi rise laundry operates the laundry machines in [redacted]. One of the two washing machines in the building is out of order and eats quarters without doing the laundry. I have called and left messages twice requesting a refund and altering the company the machine needs to be serviced but have never been called back. This is the third week the issue has persisted.Desired Settlement: I would like a $3.0 refund for the quarters I have put into the machine that the machine has eaten and I would like the company to come repair the washing machine.
