To Whom this Concerns:
In response to the allegations being made by Mr***, it is true that we put out
two barbeque grills in front of our storeThey come in three different sizes and different names which are: Jim Bowie, Daniel Boone, and Davey Crockett along with different options, which we have to special order from our warehouseBecause they come in a variety of options and we are cramped for room, we cannot put all of the grills out for people to seeSo we have put out signs of what the different options will cost on the side table one of the grills
The sign that Mr*** saw said that we had a Daniel Boone on sale on Saturday and Sunday only for $with Regular price of $which was mentioned on the handle of the Daniel Boone that had WiFiI told him that I would let him have a Daniel Boone without WiFi for the $still if he wanted to because it was past the sale datesI only had in boxes in my storeroom as I told himAnd than, if he wanted to add on WiFi to the Regular Daniel Boone, it would cost him an extra $because we could order that WiFi as an add on from Green Mountain GrillBut Mr*** decided that he wanted the Daniel Boone that is on display, which is the one with WiFi we have a sign for $Regular Price $but he wanted it for the $price because that sign was on there also
Mr*** still believed that because he saw on the handle of the Daniel Boone with WiFi a sign stating that a Daniel Boone that is regular priced for $is on sale for $399.99, he should get it for that priceWhen I tried to correct him, showing him what the correct price was for $699.99, he refused to understand what I was showing him with the pricing card with all the concerning different options that these grills come in and their different pricesSo I took the sign of the Daniel Boone without WiFi for $off the handle since he could not understand and wanted to argue for that wrong price
I believe that we have not done anything wrongMr*** failed to read and understand all the signs that were provided at this display
