Dear Madam/Sir, We have received a letter from you on 03/27/about one of our Customer's ComplaintCustomer purchased one Bluetooth Hoverboard from our store before ChristmasWe gave them six months warranty for repairWe sent that to our wholesaler and it will take timeSince our
wholesaler is being so late to do the repair and that hoverboard already used sci.we have offered them one new hoverboard with but BluetoothThey did not agree with thatThat is the reason they left that day and after 2/days they came back and said its okay give us new hoverboard without Bluetooth one and we gave that to themNow they complain to you.Since they are our respected customer, we can do $store Credit because we don't have store policy to refund.Thank you so much for your kind cooperation.
