This business owner has less than acceptable customer service, knowledge, and follow through in my experience. I have been trying to get my ice maker fixed for over three weeks now. Spent over 4 hours at my home trying to figure out the problem on first visit. Used computer/phone to search web for possible trouble shooting. Then we paid for his time and the parts for what he thought was the problem. Not back for 3 days with new part. Puts new part in, doesn't fix leaking problem. Didn't hear back from him for about a week. I had to keep calling to get an answer. Says he tried to call, yet both my home phone and cell phone show NO records of calls from him at the times he says he tried to reach me. Finally came back to check ice maker again and trouble shoot about 3 weeks later. That day asked me to leave ice maker on so he could see where leak is from & he'd be back in the morning. I tried calling several times after 9am when I felt a reasonable time to call since I hadn't heard from him. No luck, left 2 messages. He finally returned my call at around 1pm when he proceeded to tell me about all of his personal problems and reasons for not calling. Began to yell at me, I told him this was not acceptable. He actually said the "f" word on the phone and hung up on me. Since I have paid for a part that doesn't fix the problem, I asked for a reimbursement of half what I paid him. That would cover the part and some labor. He said that was unacceptable there are laws that protect him and he again hung up on me. All in all, I have been treated very poorly, paid about $160.00 to him and still have the same problem with my ice maker. Guess I'll be calling a GE certified repair person. VERY disappointed. I will not try using the nice, local person again.

I don't recommend this business to anyone. The owner is so unprofessional. He will tell you he'll arrive at a time and never show. Then he will call you five hours after the appointment with an excuse why he can't or doesn't have to show. Then when he does show he tells you he's not trained in all appliances and takes twice as long as he should. Next comes to the repair itself. He doesn't show up or call again. Then when you call him upset because we all got days to waste for a "professional" who can't manage time. He starts attacking the customer. I mean person attacks. I got it all in text messages! He will make excuses for his no shows and behavior. He's never at fault but as I said I got the text and call log from him. I repeat never call this guy. He's a worthless business owner and a worse repair man

The gentlemen finally called at 7:15 p.m. wondering if he could still come out and look at my electric stovetop that I had already informed him was working except one burner. I asked him if there would be an additional charge, he said not. He arrived at 7:22 p.m. Spent about 15 minutes looking underneath the stovetop. Then talked with us about jibberish[redacted] and played on his phone until 8:30. Then asked us for prepayment for the part he had to order. Part is $120. We gave him our credit card. He had a total on the bill of $257.42. For service call? $44 (is this the charge that he said wasn't going to happen)and $80 labor(that clearly didn't happen) Said the part would be here in like 3-5 days. I said, I thought we were only prepaying for the part. He said it costs him money to run the card twice. I said, but you didn't fix anything yet. He said he'd be back when the part came in. I am going to call ANYONE else tomorrow as this guy is creepy and definitely unprofessional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Glad I used my credit card because I am DISPUTING any charges!
